Waikato Print - Staff Printing
Waikato Print supplies University corporate stationery, including business cards, compliments slips and letterheads, which can be personalised with your details and those of your department and faculty.
University business cards and compliment slips can be ordered online through iWaikato
- Firstly, log into i.waikato (https://i.waikato.ac.nz);
- Then, click on 'Purchase Goods & Services' from the 'COMMON TASKS' drop down list, or
Click on "Purchasing" under the 'QUICK LINKS' list on the left hand column of the iWaikato Home page;
- Finally, you can click on "Corporate Stationery" under the 'QUICK LINKS' list on the left column of the "Purchase Goods & Services" page to enter the "Corporate Stationery Orders" page.
Alternatively, you can directly click here to open the "Corporate Stationery Orders" page, although you will be prompted to log into iWaikato.
Only those business cards containing your personal data can be ordered online.
Before you can order stationery or business cards through iWaikato, you have to be listed in the university online phonebook. If you are not listed in the phonebook, please contact a phone book updater in your area (http://phonebook.waikato.ac.nz/updaters.shtml) to have your details added in the university phonebook database. Once your name has been added on the list, it will require an overnight process before you can place your order.
All other stationery items should be ordered manually.
Manual ordering of Corporate Stationery
Generic departmental business cards or compliment slips, and all letterheads, should be ordered by email or telephone, direct from Waikato Print by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone ext 4302 or 4178.
University branded publications
Waikato Print are specialists in the design and production of all Waikato University brand collateral.
We can design and produce large or small print runs of University branded DLE flyers, A4 and A5 stapled booklets, signage, large format posters, billboards and books. We follow the current University brand guidelines and ensure that all University brand printed work reflects this.
